(Jan. 20, 2015) – Longwood-based Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is starting $1 million of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and special effects work at 10 new Orlando-area projects. Included are: the Nemours Children’s Hospital Orlando Operating Room 6, for Skanska USA Building, Orlando; Florida Hospital Altamonte Mechanical Room repairs, as prime contractor; Florida Hospital DeLand Third Floor Progressive Care Unit renovations, for Robins & Morton, Orlando; Florida Hospital East Dialysis Room, Orlando, for Barton Malow Co., Orlando; Discovery Clothing Company tenant improvements, Kissimmee, for Williams Company Southeast, Orlando; plus five theme park related projects.
Longwood-based Comprehensive Energy Services Inc. is starting $770,000 of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing work for eight new Orlando-area projects that include: the new SAI Holdings building, 2224 Hazelhurst Ave., Orlando; Kandor Dental Spa & Salon, 5515 Vista View Way, Oviedo, for RLH Construction, Oviedo; a tenant build-out at 135 W. Central Blvd., Orlando, for Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., Orlando; and an office build-out for the Nassal Company, 415 W. Kaley St., Orlando.
